GENERAL INFORMATION
The VITRON convector "heat-cold" is a heater in which a copper-aluminum heat exchanger and a tangential fan are installed. This convector is designed for both heating and cooling air in the room. A refrigerant source (+7 ... + 16 ° C) is required for connection. For the collection of condensate the design provides a molded bottom with a drainage branch pipe. Allows to block the flow of cold / warm air from the glazed facades or windows. Can be installed in both single-pipe and two-pipe heating systems
The installation of the VITRON convector is carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.01-85 "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems", PUE, an assembly organization licensed and authorized to carry out similar works. It is recommended to install this convector in heating systems with operating pressure not exceeding 16 atm (1.6 MPa) and with a coolant temperature of not more than +95 ° С. To prevent premature corrosion of the heat exchanger due to the phenomenon of "wandering currents", it is recommended to ground the case of the convector

The VITRON convector consists of a housing, a copper-aluminum heat exchanger, a decorative grille, a decorative frame and a tangential fan. The convector box is made of 0.8 mm thick stainless steel sheet and has holes for connecting the heat exchanger (end and side). The convector box has a molded bottom with slopes to the center. In the end wall of the housing there is a branch pipe for condensate drainage, with an outer diameter of Ø 10 mm. In the upper part of the case there is a decorative frame made of L-shaped, J-shaped, Z-shaped or F-shaped aluminum profile. The heat exchanger consists of seamless copper pipes Ø 15 mm, with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm, which are interconnected by two-sided 180 ° branches. The connection is made by capillary soldering using a silver-containing solder. Before soldering, profiled aluminum plates 0.35 mm thick, 50 mm high, 100 mm deep (3.5 mm pitch of the plates) are placed on each two pipes.
The heat exchanger is covered with a wear-resistant powder coating (coating color: silvery). Fittings, for connecting the heat exchanger to the heating system, have an internal pipe thread G1 / 2 *. The distance between the axes of fittings is 50 mm. The heat exchanger is equipped with an air vent to remove air from the heating system. The design of the convector uses low-noise tangential AC fans rated at 12 V. The total sound pressure level does not exceed 32 dB (A) at the maximum rotor speed of the fan and 19 dB (A) at the innermost speed. Decorative grating can be made of two types: rolled and rigid, which consists of transverse profiles separated by bushings. Depending on the type of grid, the profile can be pulled together by a rigid spring (roll), or by a hairpin (rigid). The distance between the grating profile varies, and can be 10.13, 18 mm. The grill profile is made of natural wood - oak or anodized aluminum

- Рабочее давление в теплообменнике не более 16 атм (1,6 МПа);
- Давление гидравлических испытаний не более 110 атм (11,0 МПа);
- Максимальная допустимая температура теплоносителя +95 °С;
- Рабочая температура хладагента +7 °С;
- Рекомендуется поддерживать следующие характеристики теплоносителя: значение рН= 7,5÷9,0, соотношение НСО3 / SО4 ˃ 1, содержание хлорида ˂ 50 мг/л, содержание твёрдых веществ ˂7 мг/л;
- Допускается эксплуатация в системах с низкозамерзающим теплоносителем (концентрация этиленгликоля в водном растворе не более 30%);
- Рекомендуется производить очистку нагревательного элемента и корпуса конвектора в начале и в течение отопительного сезона;
- Рекомендуется произвести заземление корпуса конвектора;
- Запрещается резко открывать запорно-регулирующую арматуру подключения во избежание гидравлического удара.
